We are an exciting technology company based in North Wales. Unlike most IT support companies who focus on Server and PC support, we offer a more comprehensive support strategy. We cover Mobile, Tablet PC, small Workgroup Networks as well as Server and Cloud Based Network architecture.

Our main focus is to help small businesses who cannot afford an IT department nor have access to the knowledge and expertise taken for granted in big organisations. Why are we different? Simply put, we have in-house consultants and expertise that can deal with a wide range of Technologies and Hardware. The days of just relying on traditional PC’s to run a business is changing. Most, if not all of us, are using our Mobiles and Tablets to achieve more and more. The problem remains, how to manage all of the different technologies and software? The sharing of data to the Cloud can be daunting. Security is no longer just creating and remembering passwords, it has become a complex issue for both data protection and keeping your commercial sensitive data secure whilst making it available to clients and staff.

The Cloud

“I’ve heard of it but what does it mean?” In simple terms it means that you are interacting over the internet or WAN (Wide Area Network). This means that you can access the information or applications from anywhere with an internet or mobile data connection. Traditionally, we have been storing data on personal computers and then wondering how we can access it from remote locations. Cloud based applications store your data in data centres which are managed by companies such as Microsoft Azure, RackSpace, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud. This means that your data and applications are available to you On the Go. Why the ‘Cloud’? It comes from the fact that clouds form in all shapes and sizes and in relation to your data and applications you can have as little or as much as you need when you need it. This means small business can scale as big as the cloud they create.

But all this technology must cost a fortune?

Here is the clever bit. You can have your devices monitored with free access to ticketing for as little as £5 per month. The idea is based on pay for what you need, not for things you don’t. You might be at a level where you can resolve problems yourself and you just need some guidance or context of the problem as to whether it is critical or not.

If you do require our support, as a subscriber you can enjoy the discounted rates of up to 50% charged to non-members. Set up fees vary on site location and availability during working hours.

If the project is viable, free set up can be sanctioned. However, you will know before you start. Minimum 12 month contracts. Further discounts available for 2 to 3 year contracts.
